Aadam graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2020. Since then, he has expanded and refined his skills as both a general dentist and in private cosmetic dentistry.

His passionate and caring approach ensures his patients are always at ease and confident that they are in the right hands to receive outstanding results and an unmatched dental experience.

With precise planning and an expert eye for smile design, he aims to stay at the forefront of advanced digital dentistry. He has invested heavily in state-of-the-art technology including 3D facial and oral scanners, cutting-edge dental lasers and advanced smile design software, all to create an exceptionally comfortable and unrivalled patient journey.

Loves: Creating bespoke smiles that are unique to each person.

Outside of work: Enjoys spending time with family and playing badminton.

Dr William Tarn-Chapman began his higher academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology (BSc) from Newcastle University, UK (2019). During his studies he developed a strong interest in human biology, clinical science and evidence-based healthcare, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in dentistry.

He achieved his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at the University of Central Lancashire, UK (2023).

After graduation, Dr Will began his clinical career in a busy NHS practice in central Birmingham, gaining extensive experience in general dentistry, emergency care and managing a diverse patient population. He later relocated to Newcastle, Australia, where he worked in private practice, further developing his skills in restorative dentistry, digital workflows and patient-centred care.

His time in Australia allowed him to broaden his clinical exposure, refine his technical abilities and work closely with patients seeking high-quality, aesthetic and functional dental treatments.

When it comes to his practice, Dr Will finds great satisfaction in performing fillings, as he enjoys recreating the natural appearance of the tooth. Each filling is an opportunity to restore both function and self-confidence in patients. Root canal treatments are similarly rewarding, as the care and attention required for these procedures aligns with his passion for overcoming clinical challenges. He also has a growing interest in complex extractions and dental implants.

Loves: Working closely with his patients to hear their stories, provide care for the whole family and become a trusted provider in maintaining their health. He also enjoys the challenges dentistry presents and continually seeks to push the boundaries of materials and technology to deliver lasting solutions.

Outside of work: Dr Will has a passion for sailing and has competed nationally and internationally during his junior and youth years, learning discipline, teamwork and perseverance. He also enjoys hands-on projects and has worked on everything from cars to phones, even producing his own furniture using hand-sawn joinery. These activities allow him to stay creative and constantly learn new skills.

Amelia graduated with honours from Cardiff University in 2010 and has since built a well-rounded career in oral surgery, sedation, implants and general dentistry.

Her post-graduate experience includes time with the Sandwell Community Dental Service and the Maxillofacial Department at University Hospital Birmingham.

For the past 12 years she has worked closely with the oral and maxillofacial teams at both Queen Elizabeth and Solihull Hospitals, where she has developed advanced skills in oral surgery and sedation.

Alongside her hospital work, Amelia has continued to provide general dental care and a variety of other treatments. She has also completed additional training in implants, restorative dentistry and facial aesthetics.

Loves: Putting patients at ease with her calm, approachable nature.

Outside of work: Amelia enjoys a busy family life with her husband and three young children. She plays in the Coventry City of Culture Orchestra and actively supports her local community through charitable work with the Kenilworth Ladies Circle.

Special interest: Invisalign® braces and composite bonding.

Sarah Lynn is a dedicated, friendly and enthusiastic associate dentist, bringing over 15 years of experience to the practice.

She started her career as a dental nurse, then qualified as a dental hygienist and therapist in Sheffield. She went on to become a lecturer at Birmingham School of Hygiene and Therapy, where she later graduated as a dentist in 2010.

Alongside general dentistry she has gained additional qualifications in restorative dentistry, composite bonding, Invisalign® and facial aesthetics.

Loves: Expanding her skills and passion for cosmetic dentistry.

Outside of work: Sarah is a keen DIY enthusiast and has recently restored a caravan. She enjoys travelling and going on adventures with her son.

Loves: Interacting with patients, understanding their preferences and learning about the world through their eyes and experiences.

Outside of work: Nowreen likes to read and watch movies, especially Marvel films. She stays active through swimming and playing badminton. She also has a creative side and enjoys scrapbooking, photography, painting and knitting.

Sharon qualified as a nurse in 1988 and later as a practice manager in 2000. She joined the team at Designer Smiles in September 2024.

Loves: Interacting with patients and creating a happy working environment.

Outside of work: Enjoys walking with her dogs and going to the gym.

Nazesh joined Designer Smiles as a treatment coordinator at the beginning of 2025 and has worked in the dental field for nearly a decade. Her past roles include head nurse and implant lead.

Nazesh has also spent time volunteering in Morocco, supporting children with urgent dental issues, which is one of her most rewarding career highlights.

Loves: Helping patients feel confident and knowledgeable by clearly and simply explaining treatment plans so they can make informed decisions.

Outside of work: Enjoys gardening, reading, baking and spending time with her husband.

Lynsey has been a dental nurse for over 30 years and has worked in a variety of practices.

Loves: Interacting with patients and meeting new people.

Outside of work: Enjoys reading and spending time with her grown-up children.

Saiqa joined the Designer Smiles team in June 2024.

Loves: Helping patients feel more relaxed and at ease.

Outside of work: Enjoys photography and badminton.

Demi-Leigh joined the Designer Smiles team in March 2025.

Loves: Having a positive impact on people’s lives and interacting with patients.

Outside of work: Enjoys looking after family, socialising with friends and keeping fit.

Isobel has recently joined the Dental Barn team as a receptionist.

Outside of work: Isobel enjoys helping at her family’s farm shop and working with livestock. She is also the secretary of the Wythall Young Farmers Club.
